Product Preach – SophDoesNails X Makeup Revolution Collaboration.

Beauty

Hello lovely people! I hope you are all doing well! Although I am ridiculously invested in the world of YouTube, I’m not one to physically invest in every single collaboration within the web. I often find them over priced, over hyped and corporate feeling, with a clear lack of personality and effort. However, obviously (from the fact I bought both elements!) I saw a clear difference within the SOPH X MAKEUP REVOLUTION collab, and I will tell you for why in this very post.

Product Preach: Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette.

Beauty

If you brought the choir, I shall provide the preacher (in the form of my good self), as I will be giving rightful props to yet another unbelievable product. Collection have brought out three eye shadow palettes under the umbrella of Eyes Uncovered; I own one, the nude palette, but will be owning all three in the very near future, as it is bloody brilliant.

The god of all eye shadow palettes, as well known by anyone even remotely into make up, is the mighty Urban Decay Naked palettes. The quality is really incomparable to any other brand- or so I thought. I found this natural palette for just £3.99 (compared to the naked basics palette hefty price tag of £23), and it was the best £3.99 I’ve spent in a long time.

The quality is honestly Naked palette standard, the eye shadows are so pigmented, easy to apply & blend, non-budge-able (??) and each and every colour is useful in purpose. Normally lighter shades within a cheaper palette serve little to no purpose, but this is completely not the case with this, they make for a rather brilliant highlight. Each colour has a slight shimmer, I love that they aren’t overly shimmery as it makes them so much more wearable. If you can’t tell, I absolutely love it.

I managed to snag this immensely useful palette on offer in Superdrug for just £2.99, effectively 25% what is an absolute bargain in the first place- I am unaware if this offer still stands, but rush and check as it really is a must buy either way.
